Our Return & Exchange Policy

At Women Boot Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy within 15 days of receiving your order.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. Please include “Return/Exchange Request” in the subject line.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely package the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  4. Ship Your Item: Send the package to the address provided in the return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  5. Receive Your Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or send out your exchange. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

  • Items that have been worn or damaged after delivery.
  • Items without original packaging, tags, or accessories.
  • Custom or personalized items.
